AMF Media Group Overview

AMF Media Group is looking for a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual with a high technical aptitude to play a critical role in our overall growth and success.  

With a focus on Google Ad, the SEM Specialist will manage, analyze & report on various channels within the paid media campaigns to help meet AMF Media clients’ goals.

Role Summary

  • Lead and participate in the development, execution and management of paid digital advertising campaigns, including Search, Display and Video. 
  • Manage and monitor the day-to-day activities within the online account(s) and the execution of customer orders, from initial briefing to ongoing campaign reports
  • Drive campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing & communicating campaign performance, and shifting resources to top-performing campaigns
  • Use data extensively to determine core metric benchmarks & evaluate against set targets 
  • Report on paid and organic search campaigns and initiative
  • Communicate with clients to ensure objectives are reached
  • Staying informed about new technologies and best practices as they emerge

Job Specifics and Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in planning and executing paid search campaigns across various channels (Google, Bing, etc.) 
  • Proven track record of delivering quantifiable results through the creation, implementation, analysis, and day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns.
  • A high level of comfort with numbers, backed by strong MS Excel skills 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills 
  • High sense of ownership, self-motivated and proactive
  • Positive, customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt to change
