    We are looking for an energetic, creative, and well-organized Account Executive to join our Account Services department. The AE will manage the day-to-day project tracking and coordination of the Creative Services team and work with designers, brand managers, and other departments to ensure that all projects are properly tracked and scheduled. Also serve as a support function and execute details on assigned accounts within the framework assigned by the Group Account Director, and the Account Supervisor.

    To be successful, the Account Executive will demonstrate an entrepreneurial style, exhibit smart thinking that reflects client objectives, attention to detail and timeliness, be proactive and have a get-it-done attitude, and be able to effectively interface with all agency departments.

    Role Summary

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Work with internal teams and clients to define requirements for assigned projects
    • Translate client assignments into meaningful and insightful creative briefs for creative
    • Organize day-to-day workflow and account support functions (i.e., project request forms, conference reports, weekly status report, meeting, schedules, etc.)
    • Hands-on management of daily activities for several of our key clients/accounts
    • Open job orders, create and monitor timelines, manage production budgets
    • Keeper of all relevant brand information (e.g. client/agency briefs, reels, plans, scripts, estimates, etc.)
    • Work with designers, writers, developers and other client services teams to ideate and develop concepts for projects and accounts
    • Participate in budget planning and reconciliations, competitive monitoring, research/planning as needed
    • Help develop, edit, and polish event presentations, client decks, and new business proposals

     

     WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
    • 2 - 4 years marketing or advertising experience in an agency environment
    • Ability to manage a project from concept to production while working under strict deadlines and ability to deliver on those deadlines
    • A strong analytical, strategic, conceptual and creative thinker
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Design software knowledge preferred
    • Must be detail oriented and self-starter
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and multi task
    • High energy with the ability to take direction, work independently but also as team player
    • Excellent communication skills
