    Role Summary



    The Campus Recruiter is responsible for organizing and executing various local campus events and activities (career fairs, campus presentations, interviews, office visits, internship events) with the objective of meeting hiring forecasts and plans. They will assist in managing and executing the campus recruiting strategy at core recruiting campuses for their designated geographic region. This role requires developing relationships with candidates, practice professionals, and campus representatives (such as student organization leads and career services personnel). The Campus Recruiter will assist Firm Leadership and the Campus Recruiting Team to deliver new ideas and fresh perspectives to the program. Hiring responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and event coordination for the following formal programs: Armanino Leadership Conference, Summer/Winter Internships and full-time entry level positions.


    • Assist with the creation and execution of annual hiring plans, recruiting budget, and calendar of events
    • Assist with the planning and execution of the Summer/Winter Internship
    • Assist with the planning and execution of the Armanino Leadership Conference
    • Assist with ongoing development and execution of the campus recruiting strategy, including identifying creative approaches to campus recruiting
    • Assist with candidate application process (i.e. submission data and candidate correspondence leading up to interview date).
    • Assist with candidate interview process (i.e. evaluation data, interview results, and hiring results)
    • Assist with candidate onboarding process (i.e. letter processing and candidate correspondence leading up to start date)
    • Assist with the creation and delivery of candidate communications, which may include but is not limited to on-campus interview scheduling, disposition letters, offer letters, candidate follow-up, internship and incoming staff communications.
    • Serve as point of contact for university students, career centers, and Armanino professionals
    • Build relationships and enhance presence at core recruiting campuses
    • Coordinate and attend on-campus activities (i.e. interviews, socials, etc.) at core recruiting campuses
    • Staff campus recruiting events and ensure proper leadership and coverage from professionals
    • Conduct candidate interviews (by phone or in person) as needed
    • Ensure accurate candidate data via Applicant Tracking System
    • Participate in firm-wide community service related events



    • Preferred 1+ year of experience in recruiting or professional services, with a preference for campus recruiting experience within professional services

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required
    • Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self-starter
    • Demonstrated professionalism, confidence and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to prioritize changing workloads

    • Ability to coordinate and maintain follow-up on several projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Knowledge of the consulting industry, business terminology and processes is required
    • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred
    • The position requires travel to other Armanino offices, geographic regions and/or university campuses, especially during peak recruiting periods. During peak Campus Recruiting season, travel is approximately 50% of the total work week
