WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Campus Recruiter is responsible for organizing and executing various local campus events and activities (career fairs, campus presentations, interviews, office visits, internship events) with the objective of meeting hiring forecasts and plans. They will assist in managing and executing the campus recruiting strategy at core recruiting campuses for their designated geographic region. This role requires developing relationships with candidates, practice professionals, and campus representatives (such as student organization leads and career services personnel). The Campus Recruiter will assist Firm Leadership and the Campus Recruiting Team to deliver new ideas and fresh perspectives to the program. Hiring responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and event coordination for the following formal programs: Armanino Leadership Conference, Summer/Winter Internships and full-time entry level positions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Preferred 1+ year of experience in recruiting or professional services, with a preference for campus recruiting experience within professional services
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize changing workloads
